Details: circa 1940's- 1950's Circumference approx 20-1/4" Hat sits on Top of Head 6 1/2" measured across head--side to side measured inside. Approx. 9 1/2" front to back with back brim slightly narrower at the back and brim is slightly oval round to front. Red Straw with velvet fabric hatband and red silk millinery rose accent.
