Details: circa 1980's Black Organza with sheer organza brim ruffle. Circumference Approx. 23" Approx. 5" across from crown edge to edge of brim (brim width) Brim has regular gathers in fabric to create "ripple" effect to edge. Enclosed Wire on brim edge to hold shape. Hat measures approx 17 1/2 across measured underside. (shipping slightly higher as package will be oversized) Crown is approx. 4" tall. Crown is approx. 7" across top. Organza "hat band" with organza bow at back of hat. Inner hat band has ribbon drawstring to adjust inner circumference if needed. Hat has no label or maker noted.
