We have over 40 years in shipping orders thru the USPS and other carriers and experience with our own purchases too.   We understand that there can be problems in shipping but we have had less than 5 claims through the years.  We know how disappointing it can be to be excited for your package to arrive and to have an issue of damage after waiting for your special item to arrive and  to enjoy.  We have applied the years of experience to methods used give you the best shopping memories.  We are here to help.  If you have any questions, please let us know.

We hope you enjoy shopping with When Roses Bloom®  Your Satisfaction is our goal--please contact us if you have any questions or are looking for something in particular--we love going on the "treasure hunt".  Because we have such a wide range of vintage goods, be sure to view all the pictures and read all the item descriptions.  Vintage means an item not recently made...it may have been used or worn in the past and usually only one is available for purchase and may be in as-found condition.  Items are offered with the understanding that this is an old vintage item that may show some signs of wear or previous use and may require cleaning.  Because of the nature of vintage and antique items, all Sales are Final.  We do not automatically offer Refunds or Exchanges.  We describe our items as accurately as possible and show pictures to help.  The pictures are part of the description of the item.  If there is human error on our part we reserve the right to adjust sale.  This will be considered on a case by case basis.  All sales are final but we will consider refunds (usually given as store credit) or exchanges on a case by case basis.  Because of the nature of Vintage, we may have some restrictions on returns of vintage items.  Requests for returns must be made in a timely manner.  If you have any questions, please let us know before purchase.  Contact us at mail@whenrosesbloom.com for any questions you might have concerning the item.

Many items are unique one-of-a-kind items & and are subject to prior sale.  Some items may be in brick and mortar storefront while listed on line.  We have multiple venues.  If item is unavailable at time of purchase (subject to pre-sale) we will refund your purchase price.  We are located in the Greater Kansas City area and can make arrangements for local pickup of items.  For items listed online "for pickup only", please make sure that you give us contact information (at purchase) so that we can arrange a pickup.  For larger items, delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.

DAMAGE/CLAIMS

We take great care with our orders & carefully pack & check each item before shipping.  Once we deliver your package to the Shipper the package is in their hands on it's way in transit to you & We cannot be responsible for damaged, lost or undeliverable packages due to care in their delivery system.   Be sure to have your correct current address on order so that your package can be delivered to you.  Packages will have tracking.  If package is damaged in transit, please retain box/packing materials & notify us within 3 days of delivery.  Take pictures for insurance claim.  Keep everything until claim is settled.  Carrier will need this to consider claim.  We have very few claims as we take great care with each purchase/package.  Shipping cost has a small handing fee included so that your package has the best packing so that it will travel to you safely.  Be sure to Read All Information on Listing.

SHIPPING

As Shipping costs are a consumable service--you receive benefit of service purchased--All shipping costs are non refundable.  If item is returned, Return Shipping costs are paid by buyer.  Generally we ship items USPS Priority Mail unless requested to ship otherwise.  Items with Free Shipping on Listing will generally be shipped Ground/First Class.  Priority Mail/Ground Advantage currently has $100 insurance included with Postage cost (insurance covers damaged & lost mail).  Additional Insurance may be purchased on request.  We do have a small handling fee included in the shipping cost to insure that we provide the best packing/care for your package to travel to you.  Please see add'l shipping information in drop down concerning International shipping and more.

RETURN & EXCHANGE DETAILS

All Sales are Final but we will consider returns/refunds (given as store credit) on a case by case basis.  Because of the Nature of Vintage, we may have some restrictions on returns of vintage items.  Requests for returns must be made in a timely manner.  Refunds will a small restocking fee.  All Postage costs are non refundable.  Item must be returned in the same condition as was sent out & and in the same manner as was sent out with tracking number/insurance/original packing/method/shipper service.  All returns must have approval before return.  We do not accept returns without prior authorization from When Roses Bloom® & notice of desire of return prior to return.  Contact must be made within 3 days of receiving item with item returned in 7 days.  Refunds if approved are given in Store Credit less Postage & Fees (unless prior arrangement made "case by case basis".
