Details: circa 1980's Circumference approx 20"-21" Hat sits on Top of Head 7' measured across head--side to side. Red Silk Flower with red hat veiling. Sheer ribbon bow. Straw racing hat style with shaped crown. Label inside Miss Bierner. Hat is in good vintage condition. (see photos as they are part of description for condition and details).
