Details: Black Silk Brocade purse. Floral pattern with red, green, blue and pink floral pattern and oriental pattern on black background. Purse is approx. 4" wide at top 6" wide at center widest point Approx 4 1/2 wide at bottom Bottom approx 1" across Chain handle has approx 6" "drop" Top opening Approx. 3 1/2" when opened up. Gold tone Metal frame with Kiss Closure--chain handle. BlackTaffeta fabric lining with inside pocket. Purse is in good shape, clean. Color good and not faded (satin reflection of light shows lighter areas in photos) Circa 1940's-1960's. Estate Sale find. Small size vintage purse but large enough to hold your essential "necessities" along with a "bit of money" and cosmetics.
